There are 4 different components to SunLine Refueled, including:
10 Commuter Link
SunLine looked at opportunities for more regional connections for Coachella Valley residents and created a new commuter link route.
SunRide
Riders use a smartphone app, to call for a SunRide vehicle to pick them up at destination within the designated zones and/or bus stops.
Consolidated Fixed Route Network
The Agency is proposing to consolidate SunLine’s 15 existing routes into 9 routes for fewer transfers and more comfort.
Route 1X
Route 1X will operate along Highway 111 originating in Palm Springs and ending in Indio – reducing travel times for customers riding long distances.
